About Me

My name is Maddex Havera, and I am currently a senior at Taylorville High School. As a lifelong resident of Taylorville, I attended St. Mary’s from kindergarten through sixth grade before moving on to Taylorville Junior High and High School. Throughout my life, athletics have played a central role in shaping who I am; I currently compete in both basketball and football, playing wide receiver and safety for the Tornadoes. Through sports, I’ve developed essential life skills like effective communication, teamwork, and leadership. Off the field, I stay involved in my school community as a member of the National Honor Society and through three years of Student Council service. I joined the CEO program to challenge myself, explore new career pathways, and gain hands-on experience in the business world. Thank you for taking the time to get to know me!
