Livia Havera
About Me
Hello, my name is Livia Havera, and I am currently a senior at Taylorville High School. I went to Saint Mary’s School from kindergarten through sixth grade before transitioning to public school. I stay active in our school and community by participating in numerous clubs and sports. These clubs include Student Council, Purple Reign, Key Club, CEO, Unified Tornadoes and National Honors Society. My number one passion in sports is volleyball. I have played as a middle hitter in school volleyball since fifth grade and club volleyball since my freshman year. I have had the privilege of playing volleyball in the AAU Nationals for the past four years connecting with players from all over the US. I also play softball, and have for the past ten years, where I am a first and third baseman. Sports have helped me to become a strong leader and communicator, and have allowed me to build long-lasting friendships. Although sports and clubs are both very important to me, furthering my education is my priority. I attend Lincoln Land Community College as a dual enrollment student. I joined CEO, not only to further my education in business, but to build crucial connections with business owners throughout the state. My plan for the future is undecided, however, I will take advantage of all the opportunities that present themselves to me because networking can make all the difference in any endeavor. Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me and my ambitions!
